The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests.Provide personalized recommendations and enhance the guest experience.Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless service.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings and local attractions.
