QAQC Engineer - Bangalore

1.     Quality Management: - Develop and maintain quality management systems, procedures, and standards.

Testing and Inspection: - Conduct testing, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

1. Process Improvement: _ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
2. Supplier Quality Management: _ Evaluate and manage supplier quality performance.
3. Certification and Compliance: _ Ensure compliance with industry certifications, such as ISO 9001.
4. Training and Development: - Provide quality training and guidance to production staff.
5. Continuous Improvement - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
6. Collaboration - Work closely with R&D, production, and sales teams to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree_ in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
2. 1 to 3 _ of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the waterproofing industry.
3. Strong knowledge_ of quality management systems, testing methods, and industry standards.
4. Excellent analytical_ and problem-solving skills.
5. Effective communication_ and collaboration skills.
6. Certifications_ like CQE, CQA, or Six Sigma are a plus.
