Role Overview

As an Entry Level Sales Agent, you will be the face of Paul Siano Farmers District, engaging directly with walk-in customers on our retail sales floor. You'll be empowered to manage the entire sales cycle, from introducing our insurance products to guiding customers through the decision-making process and closing deals. This is a full-time, commission-only role designed for individuals who are self-starters and excel at building rapport and driving results.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Engage with Walk-In Customers: Proactively greet and connect with customers visiting our retail location, creating a welcoming and positive first impression.
• Understand Customer Needs: Actively listen to customers to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Deep Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our insurance products and services to effectively educate and advise customers.
• Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Guide customers from initial inquiry through to the final sale, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Build Relationships: Foster strong, lasting relationships with customers through excellent communication and personalized service.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Work collaboratively with your team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain Retail Standards: Contribute to a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor environment.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Your Earning Potential

This commission-only role offers significant earning potential. Successful agents can expect to earn between $60,000 and $200,000 annually, with your income directly reflecting your sales performance and dedication. We provide the training and support to help you maximize your success.
