Gold Star GMC is looking for motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join our automotive sales team!

You don’t have to come from an automotive background to succeed here! We welcome candidates with experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other people-focused industries. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build relationships with customers and create a positive buying experience
  

• Help customers explore vehicle options and find the right fit for their needs
  

• Learn about new and pre-owned vehicles, features, and available options
  

• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on potential sales opportunities
  

• Generate leads through phone calls, customer outreach, and proactive follow-up
  

• Maintain attractive vehicle displays and a professional showroom environment
  

• Work toward individual and dealership sales goals
  

• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the purchasing process
  

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• At least one year of sales experience required
  

• Automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required
  

• Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, or other sales-focused roles are welcome
  

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong people skills
  

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  

• Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  

• Coachable, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  

• Valid U.S. driver's license and relatively clean driving record
  

• Must have or obtain the required sales license
  

• Available to work full-time, including weekends
  

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
