Require a Finance Manager in Noida

- Accounting & Reconciliation
- Manage day-to-day accounting, including bank, vendor, and customer entries
- Handle sales and purchase accounting across all vendors, website, and marketplaces
- Perform payment gateway, marketplace, and COD reconciliations
- Process and track refunds and returns
- MIS & Business Finance
- Prepare monthly P&L, cash flow, and management MIS reports
- Track SKU-wise and channel-wise sales performance
- Monitor gross margins, contribution margins, and key variances
- Good understanding of Inventory Management and Working Capital management is a must
- Compliance & Controls
- Support GST and TDS compliance
- Assist with month-end closing and audits
- Maintain finance controls and schedules
- Identify and drive process improvements and automation using Excel, ERP, and other tools

Requirements

- –5 years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally in a D2C, e-commerce, or apparel business
- Strong hands-on experience with reconciliations (payment gateway, marketplace, COD)
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in Excel; exposure to ERP systems is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
