What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of affordable housing or public housing compliance experience 
• Experience working with HUD Public Housing, LIHTC, or Project-Based Section 8 programs
• Experience conducting tenant file audits and compliance reviews
• Experience supporting multi-site affordable housing portfolios
• Strong preference for candidates with experience working with HUD occupancy requirements, EIV, and regulatory audits.
