Brand Manager – Contemporary Fashion

Position Title: Brand Manager – Contemporary Fashion Employment Type: Full Time Salary (AED): up to 20K inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands. Job Description: -Ensure brand consistency across all channels, including digital platforms, advertising, and in-store experiences. -Oversee retail operations, including store management, staffing, and customer service standards. Develop and enforce standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and consistency. -Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring strategic alignment. Monitor campaign performance and optimize investments to achieve ROI targets. -Manage relationships with brands, wholesale accounts, and key stakeholders to drive alignment and collaboration

Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. -Minimum 8–10 years of experience in retail brand management, with a proven track record of developing and executing brand strategies. -Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and omnichannel brand management. -Excellent Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools to monitor KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance
