Commercial Legal Counsel (iGaming)

An international iGaming company operating 30+ brands is hiring a Commercial Legal Counsel in Limassol, Cyprus (fully onsite, full-time, 1 position).

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate commercial agreements with gaming suppliers, payment providers, licensing and marketing partners
• Advise senior management on corporate, commercial, employment and international legal matters
• Handle IP and licensing
• Coordinate external lawyers across jurisdictions
• Support M&A, internal policies and legal training

Requirements

• LLB (or equivalent) and admission to the Bar
• Ideally 4+ years of legal experience
• Proven in-house Legal Counsel experience
• Strong corporate and commercial law knowledge
• Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Fluent English
• Attention to detail
