We are recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the food & beverage industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing leader to drive brand growth, lead integrated marketing strategies, and make a measurable business impact.

About the Role
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute the overall marketing vision, integrating brand communication, category management, and digital & loyalty strategies with the business unit's operating plan to drive sales, brand growth, and customer returns.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development of integrated marketing plans across brand communication, category, and digital & loyalty
  
• Own the annual marketing budget and rolling 12 to 18 month go to market roadmap
  
• Drive cross functional alignment on marketing strategies with senior leadership
  
• Manage all brand, promotional, and category communication from creative brief to final execution
  
• Translate broader business strategies into locally relevant brand guidelines
  
• Build, coach, and develop a high performing marketing team
  
• Apply strong business acumen: analyze market and business trends, understand the "why" behind emerging situations, and think critically before making decisions
  
• Track performance metrics and report results to leadership
  
• Evaluate business partnerships and manage alliance relationships
  

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business Administration
  
• 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing communications, and/or category management
  
• 5 to 8 years leading cross functional teams on complex, multi year projects
  
• Background in QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) preferred; candidates from CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) will also be considered
  
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, with the ability to assess situations and make sound, informed decisions
  
• Bilingual, Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  
• Strong strategic thinking and creative acumen
  
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver measurable results
  

Benefits

Salary Range:$75k to $80,000 annually.
