Experience: 3-5 years of experience Working in GST litigation

Job Responsibilities

Litigation and Court Representation: Represent clients before Courts, Tribunals, ITAT, and statutory authorities in taxation and corporate legal matters.

Legal Drafting and Documentation: Draft writ petitions, appeals, legal notices, recovery notices, replies, and other legal documents.

Direct and Indirect Tax Litigation: Handle matters related to Income Tax, GST, Customs, Central Excise, and Service Tax, including appeals and hearings.

Legal Advisory and Compliance: Provide legal advice on taxation, Company Law, Negotiable Instruments Act, and IPR, ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining litigation records.
