CONFIDENTIAL Scovai, a forward-thinking organisation operating in the Talent Acquisition & Recruiting sector, is conducting a confidential search for a Greater China Wealth Management Director on behalf of a leading institution within the Banking & Wealth Management division. This is a senior leadership opportunity based in Hong Kong, targeting a distinguished HNW and UHNW client base across the Greater China region. The successful candidate will serve as a pivotal figure in driving AUM growth, deepening client relationships, and leading a high-performing wealth management team in one of Asia's most dynamic financial markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for originating and managing relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients across Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, delivering bespoke wealth management solutions spanning structured products, alternatives, fixed income, and equities. You will lead and mentor a team of relationship managers, set strategic direction for the Greater China book, ensure full regulatory compliance with SFC requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally to develop and refine product offerings tailored to the region's evolving client needs.

Established UHNW and family-office referral network across Greater China and international private banking circles

Deep expertise in cross-border tax, trust structuring and estate/succession planning for Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan clients

Proven track record partnering with fintech/wealthtech to develop digital/hybrid advisory platforms and enhance client experience

Strong regulatory and compliance acumen across HK/Mainland/Taiwan (AML/KYC, FATCA, CRS and cross‑border advisory regulations)

Business‑level fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English with demonstrated ability to engage clients in all three languages
