Loan Administrator – Private Debt

Context:

The Loan Solutions Team provides debt solution services across a variety of products, focusing primarily on the Direct Lending and Loan Fund markets.

Loan Administration Missions:

• Maintain our clients’ portfolio in our Loan Administration system.
  
• Liaise with the Asset Managers/Agents as part of the record-keeping and reconciliation of the portfolio positions.
  
• Perform daily/monthly/quarterly production tasks with the collaboration of internal and external teams (Asset Manager, Loan/Facility agent, Fund Administrator, Custodian, Cash team, Depositary etc.).
  
• Perform asset documentation reviews and develop in-depth analysis and knowledge in the Private Debt industry.
  

Key Responsibilities & Expected Result Area:

• Review documentation and assess operational structure to understand the purpose of the deal and its related points of attention.
  
• Produce and maintain any operational database to fulfil Loan Administration duties.
  

Manage and Follow Up Existing Transactions:

• Perform cash & portfolio reconciliations.
  
• Update Loan Administration system and manage notices.
