- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an Instrument Technician in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in loop checking and function checking from field instruments to DCS/PLC.
- Experience working with DCS/PLC vendors or OEMs during loop and function checks.
- Experience in troubleshooting, commissioning, and shutdown activities.
- Ability to read P&IDs, loop drawings, and wiring diagrams and prepare loop folders.
- Knowledge of instrumentation calibration, testing, and fault identification.
- Familiarity with PTW, LOTO, JSA, and HSE requirements in hazardous areas.
