ICT/Computer Science Teacher - August 2027

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding ICT/Computer Science Teacher to join our team from August 2027.

Join us at GEMS Metropole School – Al Waha, Dubai

Located in the thriving Al Waha community, just off Emirates Road and neighbouring Dubailand, GEMS Metropole School – Al Waha is one of Dubai's newest and fastest-growing British curriculum schools. Opened in 2023, the school currently educates students from FS1 to Year 11, with an exciting Sixth Form opening in August 2027 as the next phase of its ambitious growth journey.

Following the National Curriculum for England, the school is committed to nurturing confident, curious and compassionate learners through an innovative, future-focused curriculum. Guided by the values of curiosity, confidence, creativity, respect and kindness, we inspire every student to thrive academically, socially and personally within a sustainable and inclusive community.

Our exceptional campus sets us apart. Students benefit from outstanding specialist facilities, including a unique Forest School with over 170 trees, a working farm, a Bio-Cube tropical ecosystem and industry-focused vocational pathways, alongside first-class performing arts and sports facilities. Our BTEC programmes provide students with opportunities to develop practical skills, apply their learning to real-world scenarios and prepare for future study and careers.

The school is proud to have achieved a 'Good' KHDA inspection rating in its first full inspection and an 'Outstanding' rating from British Schools Overseas (BSO), recognising the quality of teaching, leadership and student outcomes.

Joining GEMS Metropole School – Al Waha means becoming part of an ambitious and collaborative team at an exciting stage in the school's journey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate BTEC Hospitality Teacher to inspire students, develop their vocational knowledge and practical skills, and play a key role in preparing them for future opportunities within the hospitality industry.
