Quality Assurance Assistant

Product Validation: ?Develop and implement validation protocols specific to armored vehicles. ?Conduct electrical systems testing to ensure performance under critical conditions. QMS Compliance: ?Lead the documentation and implementation of quality procedures in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards. ?Perform internal audits as a certified QMS lead auditor to monitor compliance. ?Prepare and maintain the Quality Manual in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. ?Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal auditing and other QMS processes. ?Ensure all documentation aligns with ISO and industry-specific requirements. Internal Auditing: ?Plan and execute internal audits to identify areas for improvement. ?Document audit findings and oversee corrective action implementation. Quality Standards: ?Ensure that armored vehicles meet or exceed ISO and defense industry standards. ?Review and improve quality processes, focusing on safety-critical components and systems. Collaboration and Reporting: ?Coordinate with design, production, and testing teams to address quality concerns. ?Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and corrective actions. Training and Support: ?Assist in training team members on quality assurance standards and ISO compliance. ?Support external audits and certifications for armored vehicle production.

Education/Knowledge: ?Bachelor’s degree in any related field preferably in Electrical Engineering ?Strong understanding of ISO standards and defense-specific validation processes. Certification: ?Certified QMS Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2015).
