An exceptional healthcare facility located near Colby, Kansas, is seeking a licensed clinician with experience in risk management to join its team as their Compliance Officer

Offering $34.65 - $51.11/hour

Compliance Officer Opportunity:

• Full-time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
  
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

Compliance Officer Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive quality assessment and improvement programs
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, accrediting bodies, and corporate and hospital policies
  
• Provide regular updates to the facilities leadership team and governing board
  

Compliance Officer Qualifications:

• Must have an active license as an RN, LPN, PT/PTA, or OT/OTA
  
• A Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field is preferred
  
• Must have experience in Quality and/or Risk Management
