CA-SMC Senior QA Tester

Hands-on senior tester: convert requirements/user stories into detailed cases; execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT support; validate configs and integrations; clear defect write-ups.

Must-have

• 5+ years professional QA/software testing
  
• Functional + regression + integration testing experience
  
• Jira (or similar) defect lifecycle; clear reproduction steps
  
• API testing with Postman (or equivalent)
  
• Data validation (SQL and/or SOQL / Excel)
  
• US work authorization; CA availability
  

Nice-to-have

• Salesforce / SaaS platform testing (Data Loader, configs)
  
• Light automation (Playwright/Selenium/Cypress)
  
• Public-sector or regulated-domain experience
  
• Accessibility testing
  
• AI-enabled feature testing
  

Location: California (Bay Area / San Mateo County preferred; remote/hybrid OK for as-needed County work).
