We are hiring a Social Media Operations Specialist to support our Sales Team in professionally managing social media accounts.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Meta, and LinkedIn accounts.
• Handle account verification, security, access, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor account health and reduce restrictions through platform-compliant practices.
• Support and train the Sales Team on professional social media usage.
• Stay updated with platform policies and account requirements.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Meta, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Strong knowledge of account verification and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting Sales Teams is preferred.
