Senior Student Counselor

We are Hiring: Senior Student Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on study opportunities in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and other major international destinations.

• Guide students through the complete admission process, including course selection, university applications, documentation, and visa guidance.

• Build strong relationships with prospective students and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

• Stay updated on university requirements, immigration policies, scholarship opportunities, and visa regulations.

• Work closely with university partners and internal teams to ensure a smooth application process.

• Mentor junior counselors by sharing best practices and counseling strategies.

• Maintain accurate student records and consistently achieve admission and conversion targets.

• Deliver an exceptional student experience with professional and ethical counseling practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in overseas education counseling.

• Strong expertise in Australia, New Zealand, and Canada admissions. Experience with additional destinations will be an advantage.

• Excellent track record of achieving admissions and enrollment targets.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong counseling and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple student applications simultaneously.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

• A student-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
