ORACLE HCM PAYROLL FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT (UAE PAYROLL)

Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant to lead critical payroll operations and strategic implementations within the IT Services sector, specifically focusing on the UAE market. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will serve as the primary expert for Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll, ensuring seamless alignment with local statutory requirements and complex end-of-service calculations. This position demands a deep understanding of the intersection between core HR functions, absence management, and financial integrations, making it essential for maintaining accurate and compliant payroll processes for our organization's diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and manage Oracle Core HR and Absence Management modules to support comprehensive workforce administration.
  
• Execute high-volume data migration projects utilizing High-Definition Loader (HDL) and High-Speed Data Loader (HSDL) tools to ensure data integrity.
  
• Define and maintain robust HCM security workflows while overseeing critical integrations with finance systems to streamline financial reporting.
  
• Lead comprehensive requirement gathering sessions, conduct detailed fit-gap analyses, and produce precise technical and functional documentation.
  
• Specialize in the configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll, with a specific focus on UAE payroll regulations and local statutory compliance.
  
• Manage the calculation of end-of-service benefits and ensure all payroll elements, balances, and calculation cards are accurately defined and maintained.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience within the IT Services industry, with a proven track record in Oracle HCM implementations.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Core HR, Absence Management, and the specific nuances of UAE Payroll legislation.
  
• Proficiency in HDL and HSDL tools for efficient data migration and management.
  
• Strong capability in configuring HCM Security Workflows and managing complex Finance Integrations.
  
• Extensive experience in requirement elicitation, fit-gap analysis, and creating detailed functional documentation.
  
• In-depth knowledge of UAE statutory compliance, including end-of-service calculations and payroll element definitions.
  
• Ability to work within a competitive compensation framework of ₹28 LPA.
