Position Title: Garage Foreman - Auto & Heavy Equipment Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 8,000 AED all inclusive Benefits: As per UAE labor law and Annual ticket after completing one year Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A leading group in Dubai, with a strong presence across multiple industries, and operating more than 20 successful companies in the region. Job Description: -Supervise daily workshop operations, assigning and monitoring repair work for mechanics and technicians. -Diagnose complex vehicle and heavy equipment issues while providing technical support and quality control. -Coordinate spare parts availability, preventive maintenance schedules, and workshop documentation. -Ensure compliance with safety standards, manage staff productivity, and resolve repair-related customer complaints.

Qualifications: -Minimum 3 years in a Foreman or Workshop Supervisory role. -Experience with petrol vehicles, diesel vehicles, heavy vehicles, and construction equipment. -Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams. -Must be Hindi speaker
