Trinity Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at an upscale Continuing Care Retirement Community in the Raleigh, NC area.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an established and experienced clinical team in a supportive, patient-focused environment. Our facility offers a large, well-equipped rehabilitation gym and a newly renovated Skilled Nursing Unit, providing an ideal setting for delivering high-quality therapy services.

Position Summary:

The Occupational Therapist will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy services to support optimal recovery, mobility, and quality of life.
