We are seeking a skilled, creative, and experienced Chef to support our kitchen operations and maintain excellent food quality.

*Position:* Chef

*Location:* Bajulaiye, Shomolu, Lagos, and its environs

*Salary:* 180,000- 200,000

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Prepare and oversee the preparation of meals to company standards.
• Ensure consistency in recipes, taste, portion sizes, and presentation.
• Coordinate food preparation and kitchen workflow.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Monitor ingredient usage and minimise wastage.
• Support menu development and recipe standardisation.
• Guide junior kitchen staff and kitchen assistants.
• Ensure timely meal preparation and service.

Requirements

*Requirements:*

• Minimum of OND in Catering, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Chef.
• Strong cooking skills and knowledge of diverse dishes.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen management.
• Leadership, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality.
