BSL Communication Support Assistant – Tower Hamlets

Help deaf and hearing-impaired pupils access lessons, friendships and school life in an inclusive specialist environment.

What you will do

  • Use BSL and visual communication to support lesson access.
  • Promote pupil independence and confident participation.
  • Work with teachers and specialist colleagues to adapt resources.

What you will bring

  • Practical BSL skills and relevant education or youth-support experience.
  • A patient, encouraging and safeguarding-led approach.
  • QTS is not required for this support role.

Full-time temporary work, £115–£155 per day PAYE. Right-to-work, references and enhanced DBS checks apply.
