Your Day-to-Day:

• Direct Customer Engagement: Proactively connect with potential customers through in-person interactions.
• Needs Assessment: Skillfully identify client needs and challenges related to building and construction.
• Solution Presentation: Clearly and persuasively present Roovive USA's offerings.
• Full Cycle Sales: Manage the entire sales cycle independently, from initial contact to closing the sale.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Activity Management: Drive your own daily activity to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Run A Sales Team: Train, knock doors, and run a sales team. (Bonuses+Incentives)
