Group Finance Head

Advance Group of Companies is seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Finance Head to lead and oversee the financial functions across the Group and provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience, including 3–4 years of experience in a CA Firm
• Salary: Negotiable based on experience and competence

Job Description

• Lead and oversee finance and accounting functions across the Group.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and Group companies.
• Prepare and monitor financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Oversee taxation, statutory compliance, banking, and financial operations.
• Establish and strengthen internal controls and financial procedures.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and manage financial risks.
• Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

Job Specification

• CA qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• 3–4 years of experience in a CA Firm is preferred.
• Experience in corporate finance, group finance, or handling multiple business units will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
