Assistant Security Operations Manager

• Coordinate daily SOC activities, workloads, and shift handoffs.
  
• Lead escalated security incidents and stakeholder communications.
  
• Coach analysts and review investigation quality.
  
• Monitor service levels, incident trends, and operational risks.
  
• Maintain incident-response playbooks and escalation procedures.
  
• Coordinate with network, infrastructure, identity, endpoint, and cloud teams.
  
• Support post-incident reviews and corrective actions.
  
• Act for the Global SecOps Manager when delegated.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cybersecurity, SOC, or incident-response experience.
  
• Previous leadership or senior escalation experience.
  
• Knowledge of SIEM, endpoint security, threat analysis, network security, identity, and vulnerability management.
  
• Strong decision-making, documentation, and English communication skills.
  
• Security+, CySA+, SC-200, GCIH, CISSP, or similar certification preferred.
