Summary
We are looking for a seasoned and performance-oriented Lead Technical Recruiter to oversee the complete hiring lifecycle for technology and digital professionals across various departments. This individual will leverage a proven history of securing specialized and high-volume tech talent, collaborating with executive leadership, and spearheading recruitment strategies that fuel organizational expansion. The position demands advanced proficiency in technical sourcing, stakeholder engagement, market analysis, and process optimization. The successful hire will serve as a strategic talent consultant to hiring managers while guiding the recruitment team and championing continuous enhancements to our hiring frameworks.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Delivery

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for technology roles spanning from entry-level contributors to senior executive positions.
  
• Lead recruitment efforts across diverse technical domains, including Software Development, Data Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Product Management, DevOps, Data Science, AI/ML, Business Analysis, and Quality Engineering.
  
• Formulate and implement creative sourcing tactics to engage both passive and active candidates.
  
• Construct and maintain robust talent pipelines to address immediate and future staffing requirements.
  
• Guarantee the prompt fulfillment of job requisitions without compromising the quality of new hires.
  

Business Partnering

• Collaborate closely with business executives, hiring managers, and HR partners to identify workforce needs and prioritize hiring goals.
  
• Act as a trusted advisor regarding talent supply, salary trends, market competitiveness, and industry best practices.
  
• Facilitate intake sessions and craft hiring plans that align with broader business objectives.
  
• Guide hiring decisions by providing data-backed talent insights and analytics.
  

Team Leadership & Mentoring

• Offer mentorship, coaching, and strategic direction to recruiters and sourcing specialists.
  
• Enhance team capabilities in technical hiring, candidate evaluation, and market mapping.
  
• Assist in workforce planning and ensure adherence to recruitment governance protocols.
  
• Disseminate best practices to boost overall team productivity and operational effectiveness.
  

Stakeholder & Candidate Management

• Deliver a superior candidate journey throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
  
• Cultivate and sustain strong professional relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership.
  
• Optimize interview workflows and ensure rigorous candidate assessments.
  
• Manage offer negotiations and execute closing strategies for critical hires.
  

Recruitment Operations & Analytics

• Monitor key performance indicators such as Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, Source Effectiveness, Offer Acceptance Rate, Diversity Hiring Metrics, and Recruiter Productivity.
  
• Develop comprehensive dashboards and deliver regular hiring status reports to leadership.
  
• Ensure strict adherence to recruitment policies, processes, and governance standards.
  
• Enhance hiring efficiency through the adoption of automation, AI-driven tools, and advanced recruitment technologies.
  

Market Intelligence

• Perform talent mapping and analyze competitor hiring strategies.
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology talent trends and emerging skill requirements.
  
• Counsel business leaders on talent availability, market dynamics, and compensation benchmarks.
  

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  
• MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
  

Experience

• 8-12 years of total recruiting experience, with a minimum of 6 years dedicated specifically to technical recruitment.
  
• Demonstrated history of hiring within software engineering and broader technology sectors.
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across different business units concurrently.
  
• Strong track record of stakeholder management at the senior leadership level.
  

Required Skills

• Technical Recruiting Expertise: Proficiency in technology hiring, market mapping, talent sourcing, candidate assessment, offer management, and workforce planning.
  
• Sourcing Platforms: Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow, X-Ray Search techniques, and professional networking sites.
  
• Recruitment Systems: Experience with ATS platforms (including Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, Greenhouse, and similar systems), recruitment analytics tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Soft Skills: Exceptional executive-level communication, influencing and negotiation abilities, problem-solving, relationship management, strategic thinking, and project management.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in recruiting for global organizations or Global Capability Centers (GCC).
  
• Experience acquiring niche talent in areas such as AI/ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture.
  
• Familiarity with diversity hiring initiatives.
  
• History of leading large-scale hiring drives, recruitment projects, or talent acquisition transformation programs.
  
• Certification in recruitment, sourcing, or talent management is desirable.
