Senior Accounting Manager

Our client is a top-notch real estate company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

• Oversee and manage a group of companies along with their everyday accounting tasks.
  

• Help improve accounting policies, systems, and procedures on an ongoing basis.
  

• Take charge of preparing and sharing all financial reports with the Board of Management.
  

• Handle tax reviews and ensure reporting complies with local laws.
  

• Forecast company cash flow and profit/loss, keeping a close eye on the financial health.
  

• Play a key role in different projects like ECM, corporate finance, and automation initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a similar field.
  

• Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
  

• Over 10 years’ relevant experience.
  

• Experience in the real estate sector is a must.
  

• Must have background with mergers and acquisitions and deal structuring.
  

• Experience with raising capital through bonds or equity is a plus.
  

• Detail-oriented and hands-on, with good project management skills.
  

• Familiar with government rules and regulations that apply.
  

• Can clearly explain complicated topics.
  

• Good at handling pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and juggling multiple responsibilities.
