PM Engineer

On behalf of our client, we are looking to hire a PM Engineer to join their team in Riyadh.

Job Summary:

The PM Engineer supports the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of local content requirements across company projects and procurement activities in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures compliance with applicable LCGPA requirements and supports initiatives to improve local sourcing and local value contribution.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track local content performance across procurement, projects, and operational activities.
• Collect, validate, and analyze local content data related to suppliers, procurement, workforce, and expenditures.
• Prepare local content reports and supporting documentation in line with applicable LCGPA requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, HR, Projects, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely data.
• Support local content audits, assessments, compliance activities, and initiatives to increase local sourcing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in local content, procurement, supply chain, project controls, or a related function in Saudi Arabia.
• Good understanding of Saudi local content requirements and LCGPA frameworks.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments and suppliers.
• Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Compensation Decisions:

Salary: SAR 8,000 to 10,000 per month
