If you love closing deals and building relationships, this role is built for you. You'll sit down with homeowners in their living rooms, walk them through flooring options, win their trust, and close the sale. No flooring experience? We'll train you on everything you need to succeed.

What You'll Actually Do

This is a sales role first. Every day you will:

Sell

• Meet homeowners on scheduled in-home appointments.
  
• Build trust quickly, measure the space, present options clearly, and close the sale.
  

Learn

• Master our product lines—hardwood, LVP and laminate —well enough to explain them simply.
  
• Ride along with a senior consultant until you're ready to run appointments solo.
  

Serve

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that earns repeat and referral business.
  
• Follow up after installation to lock in reviews and referrals.

What We Require

• Valid driver's license.
  
• Evening and Saturday availability—homeowners are home when they're not at work.
  
• Ability to kneel, measure, and move furniture during consultations.
  
• Reading and basic math skills for measurements and pricing.
