Position Title: Project Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 28,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE Job Description: Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, site supervision, quality assurance, and timely completion within budget. Prepare work schedules, cost calculations, financial projections, site reports, and documentation while assessing risks and ensuring safety compliance. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce; provide technical guidance and negotiate contracts to optimize project outcomes. Lead, delegate, and coordinate tasks, meetings, and training sessions to ensure smooth project execution.

About the Client: A rapidly growing group of companies based in Dubai, building a strong reputation in real estate with a focus on mid to high-rise residential projects. Qualifications: Male Arabic nationals within the age range of 35-49 years Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field; UAE experience preferred. Proven 5-8 years experience handling mid to high-rise residential projects (2–3 completed projects required) Demonstrates full-cycle project management expertise including layout & floor planning, pre-construction, project planning, design management, and financial oversight alongside strong on-site management, procurement and supplier coordination, site reporting and documentation, quality control, labor supervision, and knowledge of permit and authority approval procedures.
