Google Ads (AdWords) / SEM Executive

Overview

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Google Ads (AdWords) / SEM Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimising paid search campaigns to generate quality leads and maximise ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube).
  
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

• campaigns to improve CTR, Quality Score, conversions, and ROI.
  
• Monitor daily campaign performance and budget allocation.
  
• Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
  
• Analyse conversion data and recommend improvements.
  
• Stay updated with Google Ads policies and industry trends.
  
• Collaborate with the SEO, Content, and Sales teams to improve lead generation.
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads.
  
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
  
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  
• Keyword research using Google Keyword Planner and other SEO tools.
  
• Understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score.
  
• Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization.
  
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• Google Ads Certification is preferred.
  
• Experience in B2B SaaS or Software Product Marketing is an added advantage.
  

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Google Ads / SEM.
  
• Freshers with Google Ads certification and hands-on project experience may also apply.
