STP Operator

• Operate and monitor STP equipment and processes to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous wastewater treatment
• Conduct routine inspections, readings, and sampling; record operational data and report abnormalities
• Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinate repairs with the maintenance team
• Handle chemicals safely, maintain housekeeping, and comply with HSE and environmental regulations
• Maintain accurate logs, checklists, and shift handover records

Requirements

• Diploma/certificate in wastewater treatment, mechanical, electrical, or a related field
• 2–3 years relevant experience in STP or wastewater treatment operations
• Knowledge of STP processes, pumps, blowers, chemical dosing, and basic maintenance
• Awareness of HSE, environmental compliance, and safe chemical handling
• Ability to work shifts and complete records accurately
