HR Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are eager to build a career in Recruitment and HR Operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to bulk hiring, candidate pipeline management, recruitment coordination, client management, and field recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bulk hiring drives to meet large-scale manpower requirements.
  
• Conduct field recruitment activities, including job fairs, walk-in drives, and other hiring campaigns.
  
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through field sourcing, job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
  
• Maintain candidate attendance records and assist with project-based payroll processing.
  
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support ongoing and future hiring requirements.
  
• Prepare recruitment reports, trackers, and presentations using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, training institutes, and local vendors to ensure a continuous talent pipeline.
  
• Coordinate with clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle and support project execution.
  
• Ensure timely communication with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
  
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and email communication.
  
• Need to travel based on business and project requirements.
  
• Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.
