Our client is a fast-growing technology company specializing in AI-powered products and immersive digital solutions, seeking a highly qualified Head of AI to lead its company-wide AI strategy and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s AI strategy and roadmap across different stages, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and organizational priorities.

Drive the adoption of AI across internal functions through automation, intelligent reporting, AI Agents, Copilot solutions, and other practical applications, while evaluating effectiveness through measurable ROI.

Collaborate closely with Product and Technology teams to integrate AI capabilities into digital products, including gaming and immersive technology solutions, from initial prototypes through large-scale deployment.

Identify potential AI business opportunities, assess their technical and commercial feasibility, and lead the development of AI-powered products intended for commercial use.

Build, develop, and lead the AI team while serving as the key connection point between Product, Technology, and Business functions.

Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies, including Large Language Models, Agentic AI, multimodal AI, AI infrastructure, and other relevant technologies, to determine their potential applications across the organization

Requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or another relevant technical discipline. A Master’s degree is preferred.

At least eight years of professional experience across technology, product, or data-related functions, including a minimum of four years of hands-on experience developing and deploying practical AI products such as AI Agents, recommendation systems, NLP solutions, or comparable applications.

Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2C technology products serving a user base of millions.

Previous experience in AI products, Consumer Technology, Gaming, Metaverse/XR, SaaS, platform businesses, or technology startup environments is highly preferred.

Deep technical understanding of Machine Learning, Large Language Models, AI Agents, RAG, multimodal AI, AI application architecture, and data pipelines, with the ability to evaluate and select suitable technologies for different business and product requirements.

Strong product and commercial mindset, with solid understanding of the complete product lifecycle from Discovery and MVP through Product-Market Fit and Scale, as well as strong knowledge of P&L and ROI management.

Proven leadership experience and the ability to work closely with Engineering and Data teams in Agile or Scrum environments.

Strong ownership mindset with the confidence to propose new initiatives, take accountability for outcomes, and make timely, data-driven decisions.

Working Time

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
