A facility near Lebanon, NH is seeking a RN, Clinic Manager to join their nursing leadership team!

Pay Range: $40-$54/hr

RN, Clinic Manager Opportunity:

Full-time, permanent opportunity
Schedule: Mon-Friday; five, 8-hour shifts
Oversee clinic operations and staff management, including RN/clinical staff scheduling, workflow coordination, performance management, training, policy implementation, and day-to-day operational support.
Lead administrative and quality initiatives, including compliance, documentation standards, process improvement, metrics/reporting, coordination with providers and leadership, and ensuring efficient clinic operations.

RN, Clinic Manager Qualifications:

RN, Clinic Manager must have an RN license with unrestricted privilege to practice in NH
5 or more years of supervisory experience required
Experience in a primary care or outpatient clinic setting preferred.
