At GRAHAM, we are committed to developing the next generation of construction professionals. We are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate to join our Interior Fit-Out team.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on high-quality fit-out and refurbishment projects across a range of sectors. Working alongside experienced commercial and project delivery teams, you'll develop a broad understanding of the construction industry while building valuable technical, commercial, and professional skills.

You'll be involved in supporting project delivery from pre-construction through to completion, gaining exposure to cost management, procurement, planning, project coordination, and client engagement. With structured training, mentoring, and real project responsibility, you'll have the opportunity to establish a successful career within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

·Support project teams in the successful delivery of interior fit-out and refurbishment projects.

·Assist with project planning, procurement, cost management, and reporting activities.

·Attend site visits, progress meetings, and client meetings.

·Help maintain project records, documentation, and reporting information.

·Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and colleagues.

·Contribute to project performance, quality, and commercial objectives.

·Develop an understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery.

·Participate in structured training and professional development programmes.

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

• The closing date for applications will be Friday 8th January 2027.
• Interviews will commence in February 2027.
• Successful candidates will be notified in March 2027.
• All successful applicants will join the business by September 2027, with some opportunities to start earlier where possible.

Technical Competencies

Essential

·A degree (or expected degree) in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a construction related discipline ·Demonstrate strong communication skills.

·Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills

·Strong IT skills. · Right to work in the UK.

·Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable:

·An appreciation of Health & Safety practices.

·Ability to work independently or as part of a team. · Previous placement, internship, or work experience within construction.

·Understanding of the fit-out or construction industry.

·Able to demonstrate problem solving.
