Job Title: Administrative Assistant Intern
Reports To: Office/Administration Manager
Internship Duration: 3 months
Location: Ntinda
About ABC
Analytics Business Centre (ABC) is a SaaS and technology company building and implementing digital business solutions. We also operate a digital payments gateway, alongside business software, automation, systems implementation and technology services. We're looking for ambitious, recent graduates ready to gain real-world experience in a fast-moving technology business.
Purpose of the Role
The Administrative Assistant Intern will provide essential support to daily office operations, helping keep ABC's teams organised and running smoothly as they serve clients and manage digital products, including a payments gateway.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day office administration
- Manage documents and digital records
- Prepare letters, reports and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings and calendars
- Take meeting minutes
- Follow up on agreed actions
- Support management and departmental teams
- Maintain organised electronic and physical files
- Support procurement and office requirements
- Assist with client and visitor coordination
- Support internal events, training and meetings
Education Requirements
- Recently completed a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Management, Secretarial Studies or a related field from a recognised university or tertiary institution
- Previous full-time employment is not required; relevant academic projects, internships or volunteering are an advantage
Technical Skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Word, Excel, email, calendar tools)
- General digital literacy and comfort learning new systems
- Basic record-keeping and filing skills
