Compensation: $125,000–$185,000
Work Arrangement: 100% onsite
Candidate Location: Denver-local candidates only; no relocation

About the Role

We’re seeking a litigation attorney to investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims. The practice includes personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, and bad faith matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims.
• Handle litigation involving personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, and bad faith.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft dispositive motions and coverage opinions.
• Attend court hearings.
• Conduct examinations under oath.

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Colorado Bar membership — mandatory.
• 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm.
• Currently local to Denver.
• Ability to work fully onsite.
