Service Manager - Biomedical Devices

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the medical equipment maintenance teams.
  
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  
• Ensure medical equipment is maintained according to manufacturer recommendations and quality standards.
  
• Coordinate maintenance contracts, service schedules, and spare parts requirements.
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution of equipment breakdowns.
  
• Monitor team performance and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  
• Coordinate with hospitals, customers, suppliers, and manufacturers.
  
• Prepare maintenance reports, KPIs, and performance analysis.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  

Support the installation, commissioning, and handover of medical equipment when required

SERVICE MANAGER

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 10 years of experience in medical equipment maintenance, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/management role.
  
• Strong technical knowledge of medical equipment and maintenance procedures.
  
• Experience in managing technical teams and service operations.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
