Job Opportunity: EV Two-Wheeler Sales Executive for Scooter Dealership

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Maintain a presentable appearance and positive attitude while interacting with customers.
  
• Manage leads and enter customer inquiries with complete details into the system.
  
• Demonstrate the features of the scooters to potential customers.
  
• Conduct test rides and effectively convert them into final sales.
  
• Address customer queries regarding scooter specifications, delivery time, pricing, finance options, etc.
  
• Close sales and follow up with customers.
  

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):-

• Achieve a high percentage of test ride completion from scheduled test rides.
  
• Convert a high percentage of completed test rides into sales.
  
• Adhere to processes and standard operating procedures without deviation.
  
• Provide excellent customer experience with no negative feedback.
  
• Maintain a high customer experience rating.
  

Requirements

• Qualifications: 12th Pass/Graduation/Diploma
  
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in automobile sales, preferably in 2W or 4W dealership, retail, insurance, finance, or banking.
  
• Must be proficient in driving a two-wheeler and must have a valid driving license.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
