Location: Chennai - Onsite/Hybrid/Remote
Shift Timing: 7.00AM - 4.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

About the role: We are looking for an experienced Celigo Integration Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in NetSuite integrations. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of both NetSuite and the Celigo Integration Platform and be capable of designing, developing, troubleshooting, and supporting integrations between NetSuite and third-party business applications. The consultant will be responsible for building and maintaining integrations between NetSuite and Stripe, ADP, Bill.com, and Salesforce, ensuring reliable data synchronization and smooth end-to-end business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Celigo integrations with NetSuite.
  
• Build and support integrations between NetSuite and: Stripe, ADP, Bill.com, Salesforce
  
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into integration solutions.
  
• Configure Celigo flows, mappings, transformations, filters, lookups, error handling, and scheduling.
  
• Develop and troubleshoot NetSuite SuiteScript-based integrations where required.
  
• Work with NetSuite records, saved searches, custom records, workflows, and APIs.
  
• Configure and consume REST/SOAP APIs and third-party APIs.
  
• Monitor integration jobs and proactively troubleshoot failures and data synchronization issues.
  
• Perform data mapping and transformation between NetSuite and external applications.
  
• Implement appropriate error handling, retry mechanisms, logging, and reconciliation processes.
  
• Work with business and technical teams to understand integration requirements.
  
• Document integration architecture, configurations, mappings, and operational procedures.
  
• Support production issues and provide root-cause analysis for integration failures.
  
• Ensure integrations are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
  

Required Skills:
Must Have:

• Strong hands-on experience with Celigo Integration Platform.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite.
  
• Experience developing and supporting NetSuite–Celigo integrations.
  
• Experience with APIs, particularly REST and SOAP.
  
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, data mapping, transformation, and error handling.
  
• Experience with NetSuite objects, records, Saved Searches, and SuiteScript.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  

Integration Experience:

• Hands-on experience integrating NetSuite with one or more of the following is required, with preference for candidates who have worked with multiple systems:
  
• Stripe – payment transactions, customers, invoices, refunds, payment status, etc.
  
• ADP – employee/payroll-related data synchronization.
  
• Bill.com – vendors, bills, payments, and accounting-related data.
  
• Salesforce – customers/accounts, opportunities, orders, invoices, and related CRM/financial data.
