Zylu is a growing SaaS company helping salons manage and grow their businesses through appointment booking, CRM, marketing, and AI-powered automation.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an HR Recruiter who can help us find the right people, build strong teams, and improve our hiring and people processes.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of recruitment from start to finish. You'll work directly with the founders and team leaders to understand hiring needs, find suitable candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Beyond recruitment, you'll also help with onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR activities.

This is a hands-on role where you'll have the freedom to take initiative, improve existing processes, and make a real impact on how we build our team.

What You'll Do

Recruitment & Hiring

• Manage end-to-end hiring for tech, sales, marketing, and customer support roles.
  

• Find candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
  

• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
  

• Work closely with founders and hiring managers to understand their requirements.
  

• Build a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
  

• Track hiring progress, turnaround times, and recruitment effectiveness.
  

• Help build Zylu's employer brand and attract the right talent.
  

HR Operations & Employee Engagement

• Handle joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding for new employees.
  

• Make sure new team members have a smooth joining experience.
  

• Support employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
  

• Help improve internal HR processes as the company grows.
  

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations, preferably in a startup or growing company.
  

• Experience hiring for tech, sales, marketing, or customer support roles.
  

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Ability to manage multiple open positions without constant follow-ups.
  

• Someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.
  

• Comfortable working directly with founders and different teams.
  

• Good command of English and Hindi.
  

Good to Have

• Previous experience working in a SaaS or product-based company.
  

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
  

• Experience hiring in a startup where priorities and requirements can change quickly.
