Relationship Manager - LAP - DSA Channel

Position Overview:

As a Relationship Manager LAP for this role, you will drive sourcing and acquisition for Loan Against Property in the ₹50 Lakhs to ₹5 Crores ticket range, with DSA channels as your primary engine. You will build and sustain strong relationships with channel partners and customers, run cases end to end from qualification through disbursal, and deliver your individual business and portfolio growth targets along with cross-sell goals. Over the first 12-24 months, you will be expected to build a reliable DSA-led pipeline, maintain disciplined documentation and TAT performance, and carry customers through the first year of post-sanction monitoring and into renewals. The role matters now because the company is scaling its secured and MSME lending and needs distribution depth and risk discipline to grow responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive LAP sourcing and acquisition through DSA channels, supported by field outreach and regular visits to channel partners.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers to sustain a consistent business pipeline.
  
• Achieve individual disbursement, business and portfolio growth targets, and support cross-sell goals.
  
• Own lead generation and qualification, including KYC, due diligence, market enquiries and document validation aligned with pre-login checklists.
  
• Verify references, conduct unit and collateral visits, and initiate login after analysing financials such as banking and ITRs.
  
• Submit credit proposals with validations and respond to queries raised by the credit team.
  
• Coordinate with valuers, legal advisors, and operations to ensure smooth sanction and disbursal, including MOD and CERSAI registration, within defined TAT.
  
• Maintain post-sanction monitoring during the first year, support handover for renewals, and resolve customer complaints, escalating with proper documentation where necessary.

• Consistently achieve individual disbursement targets in the ₹50 Lakhs to ₹5 Crores LAP segment.
  
• A healthy, diversified DSA-led sourcing pipeline built through regular channel-partner engagement.
  
• Timely sanction-to-disbursal conversion within defined TAT, with clean documentation including MOD and CERSAI registration.
  
• High-quality credit proposals that withstand credit team scrutiny, supported by thorough financial analysis and collateral verification.
  
• Effective post-sanction monitoring in the first year and smooth handover for renewals.
  
• Demonstrable contribution to cross-sell goals and prompt, well-documented resolution of customer complaints.
  
  

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in SME LAP is mandatory.
  
• Candidates with only home loan experience and LAP as a cross-sell product are not eligible.
  
• DSA sourcing experience is mandatory.
  
• Experience in Business LAP, mortgage, or secured lending is preferred.
  
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with strong sales and relationship management skills.
  
• Candidates who are currently working DSA / DST backgrounds are not eligible for the role
  
• Only local candidates can apply; relocation is not allowed.
  
• Educational qualification: full-time graduates. MBA is an additional plus point.
