Shadow Teacher (IB PYP) – Aerocity, Hyderabad

Summary
We are actively recruiting a dedicated Shadow Teacher with specific experience in the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework to join our educational community located in Aerocity, Hyderabad. Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one or small group shadowing support tailored to individual student needs within the IB PYP curriculum.
Create and maintain a secure, inclusive, and nurturing atmosphere that encourages student confidence and personal development.
Apply inquiry-based learning strategies to assist students in mastering concepts and engaging with the curriculum effectively.
Collaborate closely with the primary teaching team to align support strategies with broader interdisciplinary goals and student welfare.
Leverage digital tools and educational technology to monitor student progress and facilitate communication with parents and staff.
Actively participate in school events, professional development workshops, and curriculum refinement meetings.
Document student interactions and progress accurately while ensuring strict adherence to all institutional safety protocols and policies.

Requirements

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
Demonstrate a minimum of two years of teaching experience, specifically within the primary school sector.
Hold a valid certification in IB PYP or possess substantial, proven experience working within an IB PYP environment.
Exhibit exceptional communication abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and effective classroom management techniques.
Show proficiency in utilizing educational technology and digital learning platforms to enhance instruction.
Preference will be given to candidates with formal IB PYP training or certification.
Familiarity with technology-rich learning environments and devices (such as Apple products) is advantageous.
Knowledge of digital literacy, coding concepts, or computational thinking tools suitable for young learners is highly desirable.
Experience in embedding technology support across various subject areas is a significant plus.
