Our client is a top-notch technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build, manage, and oversee the operations of the Presales Department.
  
• Organize solution consulting activities and participate in developing IT strategies for customers.
  
• Technology Research and Updates:
  
  • Participate in vendors' cooperation and training programs in accordance with the company's strategy.
    
  • Stay updated on new technologies and solutions.
    
• Partner and Customer Relations:
  
  • Coordinate with the Partner Management Department to carry out related activities.
    
  • Perform other tasks as requested by the direct manager.
    
    
    

Requirements

1. Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in equivalent positions, including:
  
• Experience in recruiting, building, developing, and managing teams of technology professionals.
  
• Experience in participating in large-scale and highly complex integration projects across various technology platforms.
  
• Experience in organizing technology solution consulting activities.
  
• Experience in implementing technology solutions in the banking and finance industry.
  

2. Education:

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications, or other relevant fields, or a higher qualification.
  

3. Skills:

• Skills in managing technological and technical resources.
  
• Team building and development skills.
  
• Delegation and decision-making skills.
  
• Proficiency in communication, presentation, and document writing.
  
• Problem-solving and situational analysis skills.
  
• Ability to provide research direction and guidance to employees.
  
• Foreign Language Proficiency:
  
• Proficiency in all four English language skills.
