What You'll Do

As a Personal Growth Advisor, you'll follow an established process to:

• Generate and manage interest in our leadership and personal development programs using established digital strategies
  

• Connect with prospective clients and conduct brief introductory conversations
  

• Understand individual goals, aspirations, and priorities
  

• Introduce interested individuals to relevant programs and guide them through an established evaluation process
  

• Build meaningful relationships through thoughtful communication and follow-up
  

• Independently manage your schedule, activities, and results
  

• Comprehensive training is provided in the areas of marketing and business development. No local networking or cold calling is required.
  

Important Role Details

This is an independent, self-employed, performance-based opportunity rather than a traditional salaried or hourly position. Compensation is commission-based, with no guaranteed income. Business-related expenses apply, including a required ongoing tool subscription.

Requirements

We're looking for professionals who are curious, motivated, and passionate about personal growth—people who enjoy learning, connecting with others, and exploring new possibilities.

• 10+ years of professional experience
  

• Genuine enthusiasm for personal development, mindset, leadership, and continuous learning
  

• Background in leadership, consulting, coaching, education, client relationships, business development, marketing, communications, or a related professional field
  

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  

• Ability to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and understand individual goals
  

• Confidence connecting with professionals from diverse backgrounds
  

• Self-motivation and the ability to manage your schedule independently
  

• Willingness to learn and follow established systems
  

• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and a desire to achieve meaningful results
  

Prior professional experience in the personal development industry is not required. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
