Celonis OCPM Engineer

Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Celonis OCPM Engineer to join our IT Services team. This pivotal role involves leveraging advanced process intelligence capabilities to drive operational excellence within complex manufacturing and supply chain environments. The successful candidate will act as a technical bridge between business processes and data analytics, utilizing the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform to identify inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and deliver actionable insights. By combining expertise in Python, PySpark, and cloud technologies with deep knowledge of SAP ECC/S4HANA systems, this professional will ensure seamless integration and execution of critical process mining initiatives that directly impact organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data models and analytical solutions using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform to visualize and analyze end-to-end business processes.
  
• Write and optimize complex queries in Process Query Language (PQL) to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources for deep-dive analysis.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement OCPM/CCPM frameworks that align with strategic business goals.
  
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to communicate process insights and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
  
• Engineer scalable data pipelines using Python and PySpark within Azure or AWS cloud environments to support high-volume data processing requirements.
  
• Integrate process mining solutions with existing SAP ECC and S4HANA landscapes to ensure accurate data mapping and real-time process monitoring.
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams in manufacturing and supply chain departments to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess 3 to 6 years of professional experience in data engineering, process mining, or business intelligence roles within the IT Services sector.
  
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and PySpark for data manipulation and automation.
  
• Have hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  
• Show expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau for creating compelling executive-level reports.
  
• Maintain a solid understanding of enterprise resource planning systems, particularly SAP ECC and S4HANA.
  
• Be well-versed in the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, including the use of OCPM/CCPM methodologies and PQL scripting.
  
• Bring practical knowledge of manufacturing operations and supply chain dynamics to effectively contextualize process data.
  
• Target a compensation package aligned with the market rate of ₹10 LPA for the specified experience level.
