Associate Professor – Physiology

• Deliver high-quality lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials for MBBS and postgraduate students.
  
• Supervise and mentor students in academic and clinical learning activities.
  
• Conduct examinations, assessments, and maintain academic records.
  
• Participate in departmental research, publications, seminars, CME programs, and academic activities.
  
• Guide postgraduate students in research projects and dissertations, where applicable.
  
• Contribute to curriculum planning, departmental development, and quality-improvement initiatives.
  
• Support the department in meeting NMC and institutional academic standards.
  
• Collaborate with faculty members to promote excellence in teaching, research, and student development.
  
• Participate in administrative and other responsibilities assigned by the institution.
  

Requirements

• Qualification: MD / MSc / PhD in Physiology or equivalent qualification as per applicable NMC norms.
  
• Experience: Relevant teaching experience in a medical college/institution.
  
• Strong academic, teaching, and communication skills.
  
• Research experience and publications will be preferred.
  
• Candidates must fulfill applicable NMC/institutional eligibility criteria.
  
• Preference may be given to candidates with postgraduate teaching and research experience.
